Alex has an array of skills and leadership experience, as well as over a decade as a schools inspector, which can be of assistance to schools, particularly in the fields of:

• Strategic consultancy, including mergers & acquisitions, of which he has personal experience

• Leadership appointments

• Performance Evaluation and coaching of Heads and senior leaders (appraisal)

• Parental feedback & engagement

• Inspection preparation

• Interim leadership

Alex has undertaken a variety of leadership roles, with associated consultancy support, in the UK and abroad between 2021 and the present day.

 

His particular experience and expertise as a former Director of Music means that schools approach Alex to advise on the appointment of this all-important and front-facing role.

​

Alex is also able to work with international schools, and UK schools with overseas branches, in the field of development, monitoring and quality assurance.

​

In 2023/24 Alex is developing his services to provide appraisal services for Heads and senior leaders in tandem with executive coaching, following his qualification as an ILM L7 Executive Coach.
